11U Revolution Futures McLaughlin

We are proud to announce the return of the Revolution Futures McLaughlin team for the upcoming 11U season, led by head coach Austin McLaughlin. After a successful inaugural year at the 10U level, we’re building on that foundation with a talented core of returning players and are now looking to add a few hardworking, dedicated athletes to complete our roster. The team is looking for players born in late 2013 (September-December), 2014, and 2015. The main priority will be adding talented and experienced pitching.

Our program offers a fun, competitive, and supportive environment that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and a deep love for the game. Coach McLaughlin brings a commitment to continued player growth—both on and off the field—while fostering strong team chemistry and a positive mindset.

For the 2025-2026 season, we plan to start the fall season in local C-level tournaments and hope to add some B-level tournaments by the Spring with select opportunities for out-of-town events (Mid-Atlantic) based on team readiness and competition level.

If you’re ready to take your game to the next level and be part of a team that pushes each other to improve every day, we’d love to see you on the field!

Our team will compete in a strong local/regional 12C schedule this Fall, with a clear goal of elevating to 12B competition in the Spring and Summer. We're committed to developing our players through strong fundamentals, high expectations, and a fun, competitive environment.

Join us as we continue the next chapter of Revolution Fastpitch — where development, effort, and love of the game come first.

15U Revolution Hechter

Revolution Hechter focuses on how to handle adversity with resilience and triumph with humility. We teach our girls to look inward for solutions rather than outward for blame. Developing players to achieve their dreams, whether it be in softball or in life, is our ultimate goal.

Coach Max and Coach Marlys bring a lot of experience to the Revolution Organization. Coach Max has been coaching baseball and softball for over 20 years. He received his PaulyGirl Pitching Certification, has coached softball at the High School level and currently is a trainer at SixFour3 for pitching, hitting and infield. After back to back high school State appearances, Coach Marlys received a scholarship to play college ball at Southeastern Illinois and uses that experience to teach the next generation of softball players how to prepare for high school and college ball. Both Max (Navy) and Marlys (Army) served in the military which has benefited them in their approach as disciplined and organized coaches on the softball field.

We are looking for girls who bring a great attitude, effort and hustle to our team. Who value growing and learning in a positive, passionate environment.
