11U Revolution Futures Furphy

The Revolution 11U team is gearing up for its inaugural season and is looking for talented players across all positions. Led by Head Coach Tim Furphy and Assistant Coaches Mike Overson and Sydney Brown, this new team offers a great opportunity to develop skills and compete at a high level.

We're building on a core group of girls transitioning from 10U and are eager to add dedicated players ready to contribute from the get-go. While we are seeking players for all positions, we are in particular need for pitchers to complete our rotation.

We will compete in a local/regional 12C schedule in the Fall, aiming to move up to 12B competition in the Spring and Summer seasons.

Join us as we start the next chapter of Revolution Softball. Be part of a team focused on teamwork, growth, and enjoying the game.

13U Revolution Futures Oldfield/Stitely

Introducing the next powerhouse on the diamond: the 13U Revolution Futures (2011 birth year, strong 2012 considered), led by dedicated coaches Trevor Oldfield and Scot Stitely. Their partnership spans more than 7 years, in LGSL and Freedom All-Stars, fueled by a passion for developing individual abilities, teamwork, and mental toughness.

Trevor and Scot are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of players by laying a foundation of solid fundamental skills and cultivating strategic thinkers who stay one step ahead of the competition. Their mission goes beyond the diamond, aiming to mold well-rounded athletes through physical conditioning, instilling values of sportsmanship through community engagement, and promoting a culture of positivity and teamwork among teammates.

They will be participating primarily in local (Northern Virginia) tournaments, with occasional out-of-town tournaments to enrich the travel experience. Their goal is to achieve B-Level status by the 2025-2026 season.

Trophy Case: 12U Spring 2024 LCSA Gold Champions; 2023 12U Rec All Star Champions (Bring the Heat); 2023 12U Rec All Star Champions (Summer Sizzler); 12U Spring 2023 LCSA Gold Champions

14U Revolution Premier Romano

Coach Romano is bringing back a core group of players for another year. We competed at the 14A level in 2024 and will continue to do so in 2025. The girls had a successful campaign as a first-year 14U team and are looking to build for 2025. The coaches challenged the girls by playing against older teams and traveling out of the area in search of better competition.

Extra Innings Softball ranked us #7 in the Northeast Region for the 2028 class. We are returning a solid group of players and will be looking for a couple of A-level pitchers and an outfielder to complete our 2025 roster (2010/2011 birth years). Our team motto is HEART (hustle, effort, attitude, respect, and teamwork), and we hold the girls accountable to it.

We will be playing a local and regional A/Open schedule, including showcases and Alliance events. The team will be trained by Gaby Elvina (current assistant softball coach and former catcher at Georgetown University) and Macey Cheatham (former Florida State University catcher and current SixFour3 trainer) on the field and Bobby Q of Q Athletics in the winter.

15U Revolution Premier O'Neill/McDonald

Revolution Premier O'Neill/McDonald is looking for competitive players that want to work hard and continue building on their existing skills.

We will be a 15u team (1st year in 16u) and will participate in multiple showcase events, 16 Opens and some 18u tournaments next summer. We are looking for all positions with an emphasis on strong hitting.

With coaching experience through the high school varsity level the coaches have a wealth of knowledge to pass on to players. Our coaches focus on fundamental development and on pushing the players in practice to ultimately accomplish things beyond what they imagined possible on the field.

We routinely bring in outside trainers and former NCAA softball players to help refine our players skills and mindset. The goal is to continue to improve our players to prepare them to start on their high school varsity teams.

Please contact us directly if you would like to attend a team practice prior to the official tryout dates or if you have any additional questions.

18U Revolution Hudenburg/Perez

The team was formed for those players who wish to regularly compete at a higher level of competition without the extensive long distance Travel expense. Our goal is to maximize player development so that each player has the best chance to be selected for their High School team and for Collegiate Softball preparation.

Our Head coaches are volunteers who do not have daughters on the team and have played baseball at the collegiate or high school levels.  They have over 20 years of combined Coaching experience of both Softball and Baseball at the Travel and High School level.  The Revolution 18u team will practice on Loudoun County fields and at the Revolution Indoor training facility located in Leesburg Va. We play in tournaments primarily within the Mid-Atlantic Area.

We are committed to making the sport of travel softball more accessible. By managing our tournament schedule efficiently, we keep our program family budget-friendly, while maintaining high-quality coaching and support. The team will represent themselves and the organization at several community volunteer events. ‘First Class on and off the field.’
