Work hard, play hard - Love the Game!
We are a 10U team made up of players born in 2013-2015. We will build a team with a strong work ethic. Our athletes will work hard, play hard and have fun. Our team will thrive on teamwork and life lessons learned through our practices and games. We play locally and travel the tri-state area.
The team is led by Head Coach Sherilee Gode with a focus on discipline, teamwork and critical softball skills. Our Coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and foster an environment of empowerment and growth. We believe that in order to play well, our athletes need to have self-confidence, drive and a willingness to learn and develop. We practice positive encouragement, build trust through honest communication and challenge our athletes to be their best selves.
12U Revolution Team
12U Revolution Schwanda
The 12U Open team, led by Karl Schwanda, will return as a second-year 12U team, building on the momentum of a successful 2022-2023 season.
Coach Schwanda is a former Division III collegiate baseball player, and along with Coach Elmore, brings a wealth of knowledge & experience with a strong passion in developing players in a positive environment. Over the past year, we have developed 7 USSSA All-Americans.
Our team will play a competitive schedule both locally and regionally, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Tennessee and South Carolina. Our season will wrap up with a return in July 2024 to USSSA East Nationals in Ocean City, MD.
Our team not only focuses on the field, but also in the community. This is evident through our multiple service projects with organizations throughout the area.
Our team philosophy is, “Hustle & Heart Set Us Apart”. Our coaches are looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals that want to learn and commit to unlocking their potential. We look forward to seeing you at an Open Practice or Tryout!
14U Revolution Teams
13U Revolution Premier Romano/Travis
Coach Romano and Coach Travis are bringing their successful squad back for their first year of 14U. The team won multiple 12U Open and B-Level tournaments over the last two years. They challenged the girls by playing against older teams and traveling out of the area in search of better competition. The team will be moving up to 13A in the 2023-2024 season.
We are returning a solid group of players and will be looking for motivated players to fill our 2024 roster. Our team motto is HEART (hustle, effort, attitude, respect, and teamwork), and we hold the girls accountable to it.
We will be playing a local and regional A/Open schedule. The coaching staff of Coach Romano, Coach Travis, and Coach Machado welcomes any questions about our team.

14U Revolution Premier 2027
14u Revolution Pak is going Premier!
For this fall season Revolution Pak will now be Revolution Premier 2027.
A team that has had a successful 13u season with over 50 wins. Revolution Premier 2027 will be "A" level competing in 14u Open this fall season. The team will compete at a state and regional level. The team will practice in the greater Leesburg/Ashburn area. The focus is to instill a high level of competitive drive in our players staying centered around perpetual fundamental skill growth, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character. The team will set high goals for every player with a growth mindset oriented towards performing as High School team leaders on the softball field. The lessons learned through the course of competitive softball transcend youth sports and will serve these young women well throughout their lives.
Our dedicated coaching staff has years of softball coaching experience at multiple levels and plans to work with committed players who want to reach their fullest potential while being a part of a cohesive team.

14U Revolution O'Neill/McDonald
Revolution O'Neill/McDonald is looking for competitive players that want to work hard and continue building on their existing skills.
We will be a 2nd year 14u team and over the next year will be participating in player showcase events, 14 Opens and some 16u tournaments. We are looking for Pitchers, Catchers or field position players with strong hitting.
With coaching experience through the high school level the coaches have a wealth of knowledge to pass on to players. Both coaches focus on fundamental development and on pushing the players in practice to ultimately accomplish things beyond what they imagined possible on the field.
We routinely bring in outside trainers and former D1 softball players to help refine our players skills and mindset.The goal is to prepare the athletes to be contributing members on their high school varsity teams.

We are excited to be part of the Fury Platinum national organization while keeping our roots in Revolution Softball. For the upcoming 2022 - 2023 season as Fury Platinum, we will we are looking to add a few high-level athletes with graduation years 2025 and 2024 with interest to play at the collegiate level. If you are that athlete, please feel free to contact Coach Bacci.
Coaches Bacci/Walls/Gannett welcome you to inquire about our team. We have no daughters on the team and have many years of experience coaching from the 12U to 18U Gold, high school, and college. As coaches, our goal is to continue to raise the bar of expectations as persons and players. We continue to seek out the best training methods and skills development to best enable our players to become college players.
We are scheduled to compete in competitive showcases and tournaments in some of the following areas: Tennessee, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, New Hampshire, Florida, and possibly Colorado.

We are excited to be part of the Fury Platinum national organization while keeping our roots in Revolution Softball. The team will be a first year 16U team. Our team is built on the concept of hard work, dedication, respect and "team." We focus on people and player development to maximize their potential both on and off the field. Our goal is to raise the bar of excellence and provide the best roadmap for high school and college exposure.

15U Revolution Premier Ellison/Sarracino
The coaches plan to continue their momentum over the past three years and further maximize the player's talent through practice and training routines that help them develop stronger softball IQ, stronger bodies, to develop at their specific positions and to improve their talent hitting at the plate.
What is currently USSSA Virginia's # 1 power ranked 14u B team, will now be playing at the Premier A level. They will carry on their winning culture developed since forming in 2020. The team will play regional tournaments and showcases through USA, USSSA, Tier1 and others.
2008 is target birth year, but please contact the coaches directly to discuss if you are other birth year.

16U Revolution Premier Hudenburg/Perez
With over 30 years of coaching experience the 16u Revolution Hudenburg/Perez is focused and dedicated to helping young athletes develop the proper fundamentals and skill set to play at the High School and Collegiate levels.
This team is looking for competitive players to finalize our roster. The Coaching Staff does not have a daughter on the team and so there will be no bias towards playing time. We will be competing in showcases and regionally this fall in tournaments organized by the following organizations:
USSSA, NSA, USA

16U Revolution Noel
We are a 16u team that will be playing in local and near area tournaments. Our focus is on the players development and positive coaching. Our philosophy is attitude and effort are the core value as a team. We are looking for players that understand this is a team sport and that it takes a team to win. There will be opportunity for playing time at all positions.
Coach Noel has coached for several years from 10U -16U with Leesburg Girls Softball League, Freedom All-Stars and Revolution Fastpitch travel.
18U Revolution Teams
18U Revolution McDonald
Our team is looking for talented players that want to work hard and compete against higher level competition. We have a specific interest in players pushing themselves to excel against top competition and pursue softball beyond high school. Exceptional players in graduation years 2024 or 2025 will be considered to add to a very talented returning roster. Our team will be a 18U team this fall.
Coach Lenny has a wide range of coaching experience ranging from 8U to 16U including high school. If you want to push yourself and compete every rep, every at-bat and every inning in a positive environment with a focus on skill improvement for every team member, we are looking for you.
