10U Revolution Teams
The 10U team, led by Karl Schwanda, have a combined 30+ years of coaching experience at various levels. Coach Schwanda is a former Division III collegiate baseball player, and along with his staff, brings a wealth of knowledge with a strong passion in developing players. The staff have coached at the House, All-Star, Adult, and Travel level, and look forward to another competitive season in the DMV area.
They are looking for hardworking individuals that want to learn and commit to unlocking their potential, both on and off the field. The team's philosophy is to develop each girl to be the best person and player they can be. They provide a positive environment and challenge them to continuously improve. They play the best competition possible to prepare players for the next level.

12U Revolution Teams
11U Revolution Romano
Coach Romano is bringing his successful 10U team up to 11U for 2022. The team has five tournament championships, one runner-up, three third-place and one silver bracket championship 2020/2021 so far and will look to continue that success next year. The coaching staff also includes Mike Travis and Mike Taylor and has many years of softball coaching experience.
We are returning a solid group of players and will be looking for one or two motivated players to fill our 2022 roster. We are specifically looking for a utility player (2010 or strong 2011). Our team motto is HEART (hustle, effort, attitude, respect, and teamwork), and we hold the girls accountable to it.
We will be playing in local and regional 11Open and 12B tournaments. The coaching staff welcomes any questions about our team.
12U Revolution O'Neill/McDonald
We are still looking for 1-2, 2nd year 12u pitchers.
Coach O'Neill and Coach McDonald are looking for competitive players that want to work hard and continue building on their existing skills. With Coaching experience ranging from the 8U-14/16U at multiple levels and over 14 years combined they have a wealth of knowledge to pass on to players. Both Coaches are all about fundamental development and pushing the players in practice to ultimately accomplish things beyond what they imagined possible on the field.
The goal is to prepare the athletes to be featured players on their middle school team and lock in on the fundamentals that will lead to success in high school while competing at the highest level possible in our travel season. The team is looking for birth year 2009 or advanced 2010's to fill immediate needs at pitcher, catcher and infield, although all positions will be considered.

Coach Pak and Coach Harris welcome players and families who truly embrace being part of an inclusive and relentlessly positive softball environment. Committing to a team is an important decision. As such, we will treat every single family and player who makes that commitment with respect, dignity and steadfast work to help them improve from where they are today to where they want to be tomorrow.
The team’s focus and aspirations are to practice and play with a “PURPOSE” in an environment where softball fundamentals come first.
Our dedicated coaching staff has years of softball coaching experience at multiple levels and plans to work with committed players who want reach their fullest potential while being a part of a cohesive team.

14U Revolution Teams
13U Revolution Ellison/Sarracino
Coaches Rob Ellison and Louie Sarracino have 12+ combined years of coaching girls softball at various levels. They have coached house league teams (LGSL & LGLLS), All-Star teams, Travel and Middle School teams ages ranging from 6u - 14u. Coaches Ellison and Sarracino first came together when they faced off in the 2020 USSSA 12u State Championship, where they took 1st and 2nd place respectively. It was at that point they decided to combine the best of both teams to move forward and grow with over the coming years. They returned to the 2021 USSSA 12u State Championship and together the team took 2nd place at the B level. Their coaching style establishes a positive environment for the girls, while pushing them to be their very best. They work on fundamentals and skills as much as they work on softball IQ.
13U Revolution Dooley
We have 1 open spot for an experienced A/B level pitcher which will be filled by private tryout only.
The 14U Revolution-Dooley coaching staff consists of 3 former professional/NCAA Division I Athletes: Pam Dooley, Joe Dooley, and Karl Stanley. Combined they have 16+ years of coaching travel softball programs (12U-16U) in the Northern Virginia area. Head Coach, Pam Dooley, is a former NCAA Division I Athlete from Elon University where she was the recipient of the 2002 Elon University Most Valuable Player Award, selected to the 2002 1st team All Big South Conference, and tallied school records of 25 career homeruns and 132 career RBI's. Joe Dooley played at George Mason and then professionally for several years, and Karl Stanley played at William and Mary and played professionally as well. The 14U Revolution-Dooley coaching staff is augmented throughout the year by former NCAA Division 1 athletes, to include Sarah (Kurtz) Vollaro, who competed at the University of Iowa, and Adrianna Baggetta, who played and was Associate Head coach at the University of South Carolina, University of Iowa, and is currently the head coach at Emory University. The 14U Revolution-Dooley coaching staff focuses on providing a structured and supportive learning environment for our players to improve softball skills and leadership skills, with the ultimate goal to offer the girls the same experience that Coach Pam had as a travel softball player- one filled with competitive softball, great life experiences, and lifelong friendships. Their practices emulate college practices, focusing on technique, situational experience, and conditioning.
The 14U Revolution-Dooley Fall 2021 season will run from September 1st thru November 1st (set off weekend is Columbus Day Weekend) and will consist of practice, doubleheaders, and tournaments. Winter practice will run from December 1st thru March 15th and consist of 3-4 indoor practices a week. The Spring/Summer 2022 season will run from mid-March thru late July (set off weekends are Memorial Day Weekend and July 4th weekend) in order to maximize game experience at this critical developmental age. 14U Revolution Premier Posten
Revolution Premier 14U Posten is looking for a few driven and talented athletes to play at the highest level of competition. The team will play at the 14U A-level. Our team is built on the concept of hard work, dedication, respect and "team." We focus on people and player development to maximize their potential both on and off the field. Our goal is to raise the bar of excellence and provide the best roadmap for high school and college exposure.
14U Revolution Hardman
Revolution Fastpitch's has a new 14U team that will be playing at the Open/A level and is looking for DEDICATED 2007 and 2008 TEAM players who want to WORK hard and DEVELOP their game for NEXT LEVEL play.
The team’s competitive schedule will include
· An aggressive practice schedule
· Play in local and national level tournaments
· A rigorous off-season program focusing on strength and conditioning led by former NFL players
· Skills based clinics, i.e. High Level Throwing
The Coaches are High School Varsity Softball Coaches with over 4 decades of coaching experience. The Coaching Staff will not have a child on the team. Their goal is to provide the training and skills the players need to compete at a high level.

16U Revolution Premier Bacci/Walls
For the upcoming 2021 - 2022 season we are are looking for an additional pitcher and a few high level 05 or 06 athletes that are interested in playing at a collegiate level. If you are that athlete, please contact Coach Bacci for a private tryout.
Our current Revolution Premier 14U Bacci/Walls/Gannett team is moving up to the 16U A-Level. The team plays challenging 16U and 18U tournaments throughout the region. Our team focus is developing great people that are softball players in order to achieve the goal of playing in college. Our coaches provide teachings to continually challenge our players to exceed their potential. We teach to model your person and skills against the best competition.
Coaches Bacci/Walls/Gannett welcome you to inquire about our team. We have no daughters on the team and have many years of experience coaching from the 12U to 18U Gold, high school, and college. As coaches, our goal is to continue to raise the bar of expectations as persons and players. We continue to seek out the best training methods and skills development to best enable our players to become college players.
We are scheduled to compete in competitive showcases and tournaments in Tennessee, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida

16U Revolution McDonald
Coach Lenny looks to build on the teams very successful first year together as they transition to a 1st year 16U team in the fall. The team will play a combination of 16B and 16 Open tournaments as well as select showcases. Exceptional players 05'-07' will be considered at all positions.
16U Revolution Lassa
Coach Lassa has many years of coaching experience and is entering his 3rd year with Revolution. His team will be moving from 14U to 16U for 2021-22. The team will continue playing at the B-level. We typically play mostly local tournaments as the competition has been reasonable but we have and will play in MD and other VA locations.
Coach Lassa's focus is to instill fundamentals and softball IQ to improve team competitiveness.We can leverage the experience of the full 16U coaching staff and opportunities available through the Revolution program. We will teach our players the fundamentals they require to achieve their individual goals while achieving team oriented success goals. The outcome is a competitive development environments with continuous improvement for the success of our players and the team.

We are an 18U team competing at the 18UB and Open levels. Our team has a strong work ethic and our athletes work hard, play hard and have fun. Our team thrives on teamwork and life lessons learned through our practices and games. We play locally and travel the tri-state area.
The team is led by Head Coach Sherilee Gode with a focus on discipline, teamwork and critical softball skills. Our Coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and foster an environment of empowerment and growth. We believe that in order to play well, our athletes need to have self-confidence, drive and a willingness to learn and develop. We practice positive encouragement, build trust through honest communication and challenge our athletes to be their best selves.
